I can't believe it's been 5 years since Living for the Books was created! If you've been here from the beginning, you'll know that we didn't always look like this. Actually we didn't look like this until fairly recently, but still. We've come a long way from those first posts and reviews.
I know for awhile, the posting wasn't very consistent and at some points I was downright absent for extended periods of time (school does that to you), but I never forgot about this blog. I would think about going back to it occasionally, but I was so bad at managing my time that I never read anything other than required readings. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that I appreciate everyone that's following this blog, whether you're brand new or an old follower.
YA is what's mostly featured on here and I don't really see that changing any time soon. I love the YA genre. Also lately we've been trying to do a few more discussion posts than normal. I think before it never really occurred to me that discussions would be a good idea. I don't know why I thought that, but I definitely really enjoy doing non-review posts that are more discussion based, so hopefully there will be a lot more of those in the future.
